We understand that IVC Evidensia have made some subtle changes to their blanket policy for the way they interact with locum staff following the introduction of the off-payroll rules in April 2021, commonly known as the IR35 Regulations.
We understand that locums registered with HMRC as self employed individuals are now welcome. Whilst this will be great news for many self employed locums, vet surgeons and vet nurses who are working through their own limited company (PSCs) are still locked out of fulfilling IVC’s locum needs.
At the time of writing, Medicus are waiting for the “official” confirmation of this change.
